Job Description:
|
- Patrol the car parks, service roads and driveways, loading/unloading bays
- Enforcement checks against illegal parking (e.g. Clamping of vehicles)
- Physically capable to undertake wheel clamping of vehicles
- Respond within 60 minutes to look into any public feedback
- Perform data entry into Mobile Notebook
- Advise motorist whose vehicle has been wheel clamped on the procedure to settle all the unpaid fines to release the wheel clamp
- Direct motorist’s appeals/clarifications/inquiries
- Any other ad hoc as assigned by the management
