Job Description:

• Provides administrative support to the team at the Property
• Preparation and consolidation of reports, invoices and maintaining proper documentation and filling
• Reception duties including answering queries at the Management Office and answering of telephone calls
• Attend to walk-ins at the Management Office
• Assist in Tenancy matters
a. Daily collection of cash/cheques accompanied with daily reports and documents proving such collections
b. Collect GIRO application and inform tenants of approval
c. Handling of petty cash (if any)
d. All necessary filing and administrative work
• Updating of computerised maintenance management system
• Any other duties assign by the manager
