Job Description:
|
• Assisting FM to oversee the assigned engineering site
• Assist to lead a team of site staffs
• Coordinate with Clients and Contractors for ad-hoc projects
• Ensure efficient and effective maintenance of Client's facilities through routine check and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Source, negotiate and follow up with contractor on repair and replacement work to ensure work done according to specifications.
• To conduct checks and remove or cause to remove any fire hazards found in the premises and oversee the maintenance of the fire safety systems in the premises.
• To investigate, analyse, report and suggest appropriate prevention measures in the events of fire related incidents/accidents occurred in the Contract Area.
• To test the fire safety systems to ensure that they are in good operating condition and conduct training to occupants on basic fire-fighting and rescue operation.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Job Qualification:
|
• Candidate should possess a recognised Certificate in Fire Safety FSM Manager (from 17th batch onwards; both & Industrial) / Certificate in Fire Engineering;
• At least 3 years of practical experience as a Fire Safety Manager is required for this position.
• Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years FM working experience
|
