Job Description:
|
- Develop workforce plans and create monthly staffing schedules.
- Attend daily morning briefings involving all BUs.
- Participate in site walk discussions with BUs when required.
- Ensure the availability of all system drawings and comprehensively understand them.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure all licenses are kept up to date.
- Take part in energy conservation planning and implementation efforts.
- Analyze work orders and diligently follow up on them.
- Manage material inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist technicians when they encounter challenges in issue resolution.
- Support Hotel Manager (HM), Global Sustainability Tourism Council (GSTC) and other BU events.
- Operate and have a deep understanding of the hotel’s mechanical, electrical, plumbing, swimming pool and HVAC system.
Be on call for emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to ensure the safety of guests and associates, and to protect the building and its systems as part of the CERT team.
