Job Description: •Carry out annual energy audit and perform on-site energy assessment to identify key factors from installation that have energy saving potentials or are possibly causing energy wastage in the system or usage. •Conduct green mark gap-analysis and submit a condition / situational report based on the different tiers of BCA green mark building certification of the Client. •Verify the performance of the building’s cooling system, ensure that it complies with the latest Greenmark requirements and/or regulations. Work closely with any ESCO and/or energy auditor and/or mechanical engineer to provide endorsed report in accordance with the latest Greenmark requirements and/or regulations and submission to the Building and Construction Authority. •Assist to perform the monthly review of the energy modelling based on the building energy consumption and to perform and anticipate the energy consumption and propose plan to cut down on energy consumption •Review of Chiller plant and air distribution system model to ensure low energy consumption at Client’s premises. •Implement a water management audit to review the water consumption, collect data on daily water consumption and identify water conservation measures to improve the efficient usage of water, and submit a comprehensive report containing all observations noted during the audit with recommended solutions and cost estimates, if any. •Identifying the key installations in Client’s premises so as to assure that the normal and emergency electrical supply provisions are not overloaded and cause electrical power trips. Assist in carrying out annual electrical system audits to ensure that the provisions are adequate with data logging/measurement of major consuming equipment and systems such as air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation system, data centre, etc. Analyze the electrical power distribution and pattern of these major energy consuming equipment or systems so as to establish the baseline for the electrical usage in Client’s premises. •Propose more innovative ways of supporting the green movement in a cost-effective way and propose ways to promote recycling effects in the Client’s premises. •Attend meeting in presenting and/or updating of energy matters to client. Represent and assist Client to provide submission to authorities as and when required. •Oversee and manage Facility Management Services at building(s) that he/she is assigned to •Manage term contractors/ specialist contractors to ensure smooth operation of buildings •Manage relation to client/authorities/ tenants •Attend to feedback by tenants/ clients, to recommend and take remedial actions •Budgeting and managing Facilities and operation related expenses •Develops and implements facility emergency plans. •Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Job Qualification: •Degree in engineering discipline with at least 8 years of working experience in Facility Management Services. •The candidate must possess a valid Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) (Professional Level) and preferably with Green Mark Facilities Manager (CMFM) or Green Mark Professional (GMP) certification accredited by the Singapore governing authorities. •Effective verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear messages to all levels of clients, staff and management •Independent yet able to work cohesively with staff at all level.
