• Oversee and coordinate with a team of site staff in day to day operation
• Attend to Client's request/complaints and meetings
• Close liaison with quantity surveyor, vendors, clients & consultants
• Any other duties assigned

Job Qualification:
|
•Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Mechanical/ Facilities Management
•Min 5 years of experience in property management
•Ability to work independently but also be a good team player
• Possess strong communication, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
